Here are all my knives for cutting chores in the fields and camps.  They can also be every-day-carry knives as well. 

 

From skinning to cleaning to processing any game you hunt and general camp work.

 

Maybe you’ll find an axe once in a while.  I’ve made specialty knives such as small game skinning knives that cut under the fur without cutting the meat as well as knives for skinning moose.
