Knives for the kitchen are some of my favorite projects.  They come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.  Each of my knives is crafted by hand as working tools for the kitchen & culinary delights.

 

Every knife is from high carbon steel meaning they will patina over time and do require care in keeping clean, but they are sharp and stay sharp over time.

 

Each knife comes with either a Kydex or Leather sleeve to protect its scary sharp edge and what I call a birth certificate about the knife.

 

Styles include but are not limited to chef knives, paring knives, fillet knives and Santoku knives. If you have a design you would like me to make, bring it over and we’ll take a look.
